I highly recommend  this group, everyone I worked with was amazing.  It IS ACTUALLY WORK - you do have to do things,  this isn't "Hire them and they magically find you a job." I was going nowhere in my job search for 8 months.  I submitted hundreds of applications online and had reached out to many companies.  Even though I have 10 years at a fortune 500 company my job skills (apparently) did not line up well enough to get the courtesy of a call back. Pamela at PMG was awesome, she and the team made my resume better than it had ever been.  I had previously (in the 8 months) paid two different companies to create my resume - there was no comparison to what they gave me, and what was created through the PMG. I then learned new ways to go about managing my job search - with the weekly check-ins and coaching I was kept appraised of job opportunities PMG had been presented with or had gained through their contacts.  One such opportunity almost resulted in a job, but the company switched directions last minute and did not move forward with my position.  This job would have been 100% the work of PMG, I had never applied or heard of the company prior to them. During the weekly check-ins I would go over the work I had done to try and find a job, while Pamela would coach me. Once I received feedback that I would have a job interview the team went into overdrive.  They would research (or use the intelligence they already had), and I would go to a mock interview with them.  In one such case (for the job I eventually got), Pamela asked me 4 questions during the mock interview based on what she thought they would ask (which was based on my history, the industry, and job description).  During the interview I was asked 3 of the 4 questions almost exactly as she had asked them. During the mock interviews you respond to the questions in full as if you were in the actual interview.  Once responded, Pamela would then dissect what I had said, refine it, and then allow me to respond again.  It was awkward, it was painful, but it was a great preparation for the actual interview. I highly recommend this team and group - even though the costs are high, based on their advise during the negotiations of pay, I more than made up the difference of what I paid PMG versus what I would have accepted in the position.  And another thing of note - I think I got hired 1 - 10 months sooner than I would have if I had not hired PMG...  Well since they cost me 1 month pay, any way you slice it, using them is a win-win. You should not use them if you are not going to do the work necessary after they give you the tools and training.  If you do use them and then don't do the work and then don't get a job, don't post about how they didn't magically put a job in your lap.  This is not what they do.

I had a horrible experience with 360. I was told I got the job. Was given a start date and was told…read morethey will email the information regarding the job. Never got the email. When I called to see what was going on the receptionist said they will call me back. I never got a call back. When I was finally able to talk to someone they offered me another job, Interviewed & gave me start date. I never started because the lady the was placing me no longer worked at 360. I called back nobody took my call. I left voicemail. Never received a call back from Kevin or Nathan. My experience with 360 was horrible.

After my interview (you should know that I'm an over thinker and didn't believe I did well) Justin consoled/assured me that he was confident I did well annnd.... He was right! Justin called me back, approximately an hour later, to inform me that the company wanted to extend an offer. It didn't stop there, Justin made sure that he followed-up with me and the company until both my drug screen and background check were successfully completed and even remembered to send me a little "good luck" email the night before my first day.
