Been coming to the Paoli Sleep Center for about five years now. The doctor that I originally saw is…read moreno longer with the practice, so I now see Dr. Friedman. All in all, I've been very happy with my experience here. My sleep study was five years ago, but I've been coming back every year for my annual follow-up. My sleep study itself went smoothly and the technicians made sure they explained everything they were doing and what would be happening. Overall, they took good care of my during my overnight stay. You get your own private room that is similar to a hotel room with a bed, TV, and private bathroom. While your sleep may not be as comfortable as staying in a hotel due to all the wires that you will be hooked up to, I still managed to fall asleep. They want you asleep by 10:30 or so and they will wake you up around 6:30. I simply took a shower there and then went straight to work. They helped with the type of mask I should wear and have helped with fittings subsequently. For the annual follow-up appointments, the doctor is usually on-time and I've generally seen the doctor within ten minutes of my appointment. The only exception was on my most recent visit, in which I was left in the waiting room for close to 30 minutes past my appointment and there was no one else there. It turned out that my doctor was doing some dictation. Yes this was frustrating, but I will say that this has not been my normal experience. If you find yourself tired throughout the day, you might have sleep apnea and if you need a sleep study, I would recommend the Paoli Sleep Center.

Cassandra was so amazing to work with. She saved my family's sanity and made my biggest fear (sleep…read moretraining) feel like an easy task! My son is sleeping in his crib completely and we honestly never thought we'd see the day this would happen. So thankful for Cassandra's knowledge on sleep and her fast responding which is so needed during those "tough nights!" We will be forever grateful for her!!!!

Hi all, just want to give a huge shout out to Cassandra Mosmen with Cassandra's Sleep Consulting,…read moreLLC . I reached out to her as my 2 year old was having a very difficult time with napping and sleeping. We co slept with him and when I tried to transition him myself to a crib and a toddler bed, it was tantrums and tears. I was at my wits end for months! After many recommendations for her, we reached out. Cassandra provided us with a plan and a solution and after only a few days we started to see drastic changes in our son, going to bed was a lot easier. She gave us guidance and helped us work through this every step of the way. She was very quick to respond to any of my questions. After a week or my 2 year old was not only putting himself to sleep, he was staying asleep. He now sleeps from 7.30-7am and takes a solid 1.5/2 hour nap. He is a much happier toddler now too! Really our experience with Cassandra made a huge difference and I highly recommend her.

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now, but today is the best day to write it…read more Because after two months, I used the substance I was addicted to. I feel hungover and really paying the price. I feel scattered, nervous and weak. I have no desire to go back to that common feeling. Today was a strong reminder for me how life used to be. I don't want any part of it. Today was how I used to feel at least once, usually twice a week. It doesn't matter what you are addicted to, be it heavy drugs like herion, crack, or meth. It could be cigarettes, sex, alcohol, the internet, or gambling. The feeling is always the same the next day (or a few days). I know you know what I mean. I don't feel like myself, I'm not clearheaded. I feel like shit. In many ways it's a wasted day, a day I need to recover. For me it was caffeine addiction. The pain and discomfort is the same no matter what it is. The struggle is the same for everyone. I was sensitive and just as hooked to caffeine and chocolate as any heroin addict. Gary's neurofeedback is the only thing that helped me successfully have the willpower to stop using long enough for the cravings to die off, as I like to put it. It takes more than 30 days of abstinence. It took me about 45 days for the last headaches to disappear and the receptors on the cells that were used to getting their caffeine fix to give up, shrivel and leave me alone. Without sounding like an info commercial, I have my life back, I guess one could say for the first time in 30 years. I have no idea how the neurofeedback works. Gary answers my questions, but I still don't understand it. Brainwave sensors are placed on the head and then you watch this computer screen make interesting patterns with weird sounds. It's painless and very relaxing. It has something to do with the brain teaching itself to function optimally again, not stuck in patterns of addiction and obsession. It takes time. I saw Gary twice a week for 4 months before the addiction was gone. At first I could only go 4 days without using; then 7, then 10 days, then two weeks. I made it to a month and beyond. For the first 6- 8 weeks I thought this isn't working; but be patient, it does work. It is the only thing that worked for me. I have tried everything else in existence. I believe in neurofeedback so much I want to learn how to do it and start offering it to others. There is so much addiction in our society that cripples so many amazing talented creative people. But they never get to offer their gifts to society, to their families, to their own selves because of the dysfunction. I am forever grateful to Gary for helping me. Scott O'Brien, Germantown, PA

At first skeptical, I soon realized that changes were occurring in how I handled myself in stressful situations . My over all approach to life, is so much calmer. A weekly session soon helped with my anxiety level when dealing with life changing occurrences that effected my health as well as my employment. His professional manner , as well as his friendly, caring, attitude, bring a calm to each session, afterwards I leave feeling at peace with what ever was troubling me. In and out of all kinds of therapy for many years has never effected me as much as these life changing sessions with this wonderful man.
