I had an appointment at Center for Sight to check my retina. The office I went to is located in the Tivoli Village Shopping Center off Rampart Blvd. It is a very nice office but finding the entrance was challenging . The only way to find the front door is through the parking garage elevator. Even with GPS, it's easy to get turned around because there is more then one garage entrance. When you do find it in the garage the wall will say "Center for Sight," so keep an eye out for that. I included a photo in my review to assist you finding it. This office is extremely busy but the staff keeps things running smoothly and organized. The appointment process involves several different exams, and you'll move through multiple waiting areas, so you're never sitting in one spot too long. My entire visit took about 2-3 hours, which is fair considering the amount of testing they do. The staff members were efficient and friendly. The last person you'll see is the doctor, who goes over your results and answers any questions you have before you leave. I'm giving 4 stars mainly because of how difficult it is to find the entrance, even with the directions they provide. They mentioned the office will be moving to a new location next year, which should make things easier. Tivoli Village itself is a beautiful shopping center. It looks like a little European village with nice restaurants and shops so all in all it's a pleasant place to visit. read more

The lobby had very loud music, the directory and signs were placed out with a clear sign of where Center for Sight was located. On the 3rd floor is where the office is located. Very large waiting room. There is complementary coffee and small water bottles refrigerator, nice touch. The process of checking in was a breeze especially since I checked in with the app that they sent me. I was able to upload my insurance card and Drivers License plus fill out all the paper work. I was called in fairly quickly after checking in had a few different ladies assist me with tests before meeting with the Doctor. Jaylin Missouri Dr. was a great doctor she was very informative and I felt like she really narrowed the issue I have been having for the last 10 years. read more

This place do eye exam and charge 30 dollars for my insurance copayment, but if you want the prescription, they charge you another extra 40 dollars wen you are about to leave, very smart cause you don't have a choice or pay again in another doctor, a complete RIPOFF, not recommended, also check with your insurance how much money they get from the insurance company is like another 300 minimum for just an eye exam, I recommend to go to Pearl vision, they are located all over Las Vegas. read more

I have had a great experience for years with my Opthamalogist at this office! I like him and he does a great job. Consistently. However, my front desk/reception/phones/messaging relations with this office have been poor over the past 6 months. I have the sense that this practice has grown so large that they are failing in internal communication and in customer service. Sometimes no one answers the phone. You hold, seemingly forever, only to be told to message the office using this app called Klara. Fine. On hold messaging suggests that you set appointments online. Red flags of poor customer service. And when I'm there, it seems like 90% of the other patients are 65+. They must hate this more than I do! Today, I messaged them asking them to please email me an itemized receipt from my visit 10 days ago, the office messaged back "I'm sorry, we do not send out receipts." WHAT?! Is this a professional office or not? Why am I not receiving customer service? The most fun was when they mailed me a bill, snail mail, four months ago. Fine. I was way late, but I paid the $80. I owed. I mailed a good old fashioned check to the address it said to remit payment to, and struck it off my list. A couple months later they send another bill asking for the same $80. I called them up, hey I paid this. They can't find it. Where did you send the payment they ask. I read them the address off the latest bill. "We don't have an office at that address." HUH?! Turns out they do but that address shouldn't have been on my bill, twice, months apart. HUH?? It took over an hour of total phone time with me put on hold repeatedly for this cluster to come to THAT conclusion. Called me back an hour later and said they found my check. Not the nice woman's fault but it was a huge inconvenience. A couple months later I have an early morning appointment scheduled. I get a reminder/voicemail at 4:45 the day before stating that will owe a back balance of $80. at the appointment. Then when I call back they don't answer the phone. Then I message them, as per the usual, and get into the same freaking conversation with all different people. It really stressed me out. I was not going to drive to my appointment the next morning until they could tell me I have zero balance. More calls, stressful morning and they finally tell me I'm good to go. read more

So I called in the afternoon the numbers they left me and it was an automated service line. The yaa-hoo at the front desk kept persisting in front of their lobby full of patients then I finally walked out very embarrassed. A year later, I received a bill for $75 for an office visit they said I missed when I didn't have a follow-up appointment. I see that the anti-maskers have come out in full force on this page so I want to counteract by writing a review about the service I've received here. I have no problem wearing a mask to protect others during a pandemic. It's such a little inconvenience it's not even worth mentioning, but it seems like it needs to be mentioned. From the front desk to the examination and acquiring new glasses, everyone was extremely courteous and kind. The initial examination was thorough and my tests were completed so that I didn't wait a long time to be seen by the doctor. I was able to get new glasses since I lost mine and I'll be ordering contacts from this office as well. I recommend the center to everyone who needs to be seen. It's a beautiful office, easy parking, and I'm grateful COVID protocols are in place to make me feel protected and protecting others. read more

Dr. Park and his staff are great. My insurance changed recently and I had to change eye doctors (I loved my previous one) and I was so afraid to try somewhere new. However Dr. Park is fantastic. The staff is friendly. It can take a while to get through on the phone but once you do the staff is helpful. I had an after hours emergency and was able to get through and get helped right away which I believe significantly improved my condition (I suffer from iritis). The Tivoli Village office is beautiful. I'm not a huge fan of the parking situation because it was confusing at first but once you figure it out it's fine. If you park in the underground parking park nearest the elevator bank that says 330. Definitely recommend this office. read more

I have had several appointments at Center For Sight, Tivoli location. Each time I've been given an appointment with a different eye doctor. I am a very detail oriented person who has charted each visit. I am completely confused by the information given to me because it is contradicted by the next person every time I see the new person and so I have gotten into the habit of asking the current person to review what was charted the time before! Example: I was explained that I needed laser to break up the floaters and scaring after cataract surgery on both eyes. I was told that I was experiencing this after having Cataract surgery and then at yesterday's appointment with Dr.Chang I was told that the laser would produce floaters by breaking up scaring from Cataract surgery! I was already experiencing what I classify as a hallucination of a bug crawling on my pillow while falling asleep. I have explained this over and over again to them hoping to have something done that would make everything right! . So after being dilated in both eyes yesterday and speaking with Dr.Chang I opted to not have the laser done on my right eye. . I repeated myself several times just to make sure I understood what was being said to me. Quite honestly, I don't understand why I keep being given a different doctor each time I go in to be examined! I don't understand why I can't see well thru my eyes after having cataract surgery! I am an intelligent person who walked out of there yesterday completely confused and not sure what to do to rectify my vision problem. I am feeling quite disillusioned. I've been a patient for years. The front staff must have a mean person in charge because no one is ever happy. May as well use robots to keep from offending people. The phone system sucks now and it's hard to talk to someone in the office. They still have the COVID crazies and attempt to harass you into using a mask. Finally someone pulled out a facesheild I used as a visor only to shut the COVID Gestapo up. Schwartz used to be kind and seemed to be knowledgeable. I stupidly trusted he cared because my concierge MD recommended him but today Scwartz showed he's a cattle herder. Get that money Big D little R! You and your staff have now synced up your lack of "want to". I have horrific migraines that cripple me. After talking with multiple doctors and in my experience we concluded my eyes are a factor for sure. I showed Schwartz the complicated reason my eyes are giving me headaches to get his opinion as my eye doctor and he looked at me crazy and dismissively then blew me off. Today he walked in in a bad mood. I asked if he was OK. He ignored me. Gave me an exam at light speed, said my prescription barely changed and shuffled quickly to the next room. Must be something more important than my eyes and migraines going on today. I'm going to find an Optomitrist who knows what the migraine MDs are talking about and who cares enough to explain it to me. Long story short she took her prescription to make eye glasses and when she picked up her glasses she noticed her eye sight was very blurry. Come to find out it was the wrong prescription that was given to her by the facility. When she returned there to get her prescription corrected she spoke to a man name FRANK is the person that checked her eyes the first visit. He was EXTREMELY condescending and would not admit that he had made a mistake when it was HIS mistake. He blamed my mom for her blurry vision and said she had cataract when she did not. It's a factory line wellwheeled thorough & polite. The receptionist seem to be very apologetic if there is a mixup or if they are running late and that's nice the only thing I don't like it after spending an hour there you do not receive any paperwork of anything no copy or a receipt that you have been there etc., I'm one of those people that like a paper trail so that I can take it home and put in my file cabinet i.e. got home and called to request my Free visa card for my visit the day before and was told they have no recollection of me ever going to the diabetic screening. The whole scenario was extremely rushed and frantic.....only liked going because they had a free coffee and tea bar with everything you could imagine now it is gone just like everything else maybe it is due to Covid. Brenda seems consider all patients questions to be irrelevant and a bother to answer. All patients seem to be deplorable in her eyes. Patrick was the ultimate professional and I wish I could leave 5 stars for him. He is obviously a valuable member of your team and I hope a raise in pay is in his future. When I was referred to center for sight I was told I would be getting an eye exam and that it was covered under my insurance. When I arrived they want an extra $45 for the eye exam which was not told to me over the phone when I specifically asked this question. This place is beyond useless. The incompetence is mind blowing. Their eye exams are all over the place, and never the same! They miss very obvious diagnosis's, and they don't offer many helpful solutions when you point it out (even though there are many). It is the only place my insurance covers, but I stopped going because they are just there to collect the insurance money, not actually solve any problems. I was referred to this place by my Rheumatologist. It was the only eye center covered by my insurance. I called the general number to schedule an appointment on Thursday May 9th. I was told the location nearest me (Craig Road) was booked solid for the next two months and that the earliest appointment available was two weeks later at the Tivoli location. I explained my situation and why I needed to be seen sooner and they were unable to accommodate. I took matters into my own hands and physically drove myself (with an infant) to the Craig location Friday morning to see if I could get in any earlier. I miraculously got an appointment the following Monday. (1 star negated for inconvenience.) The day of my appointment I arrived 10 minutes early. The Tivoli location is actually very easy to get into and locate. I was pleasantly surprised. Staff at front desk were very kind. Check in process was easy. I had my husband and infant with me and there was enough room for the stroller in the entire office. My co-pay was $25. Once my name was called, my family was transported from room to room, waiting area to waiting area. Patrick (the Ophthalmologist assistant) was by far the best person who took care of me during my extensive testing. He was funny, extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and a master at his craft. (Side note: I was not told when I made the appointment that my eyes would be dilated. This annoyed me. I was very lucky my husband took off work to drive me.) Dr. Hart, the Ophthalmologist, was dry and quick. I had some discomfort with the bright lights during one of his exam and he seemed to be annoyed -- like I was unnecessarily delaying the process for an invalid reason. (Minus one star for bedside manner.) By time all the testing was completed I had been in the office for an hour and a half. I was taken back to the front desk where I was told I needed to pay another $10. I asked why as I already payed the co-pay and she said, "Because it wasn't included..." I rummage for my card in my diaper bag and as I handed my card the woman who checked me in said, "I already factored that in -- you don't need to charge that." What the heck?! (Minus one star for not having any idea what you are doing in regards to financial payments.) As a health care professional, I find this the average experience here in Las Vegas. This place sees high volume. It's meant to pump patients in and out. The service that 'Center for Sight' provided me was adequate. read more

On Friday, April 9, I had an eye exam done. After herding us like cattle and 2 hours later, I was told by Dr Swatrz at the Tivolli office that cataract surgery is necessary and I should not wear contact lenses anymore. I was told on Friday by Dr. Scwatz's assistant that she would email to me my eye glasses prescription. I placed a call on Tuesday, April 13 at 8:00 am to ask again to have this emailed. She assured me that this would be taken care of immediately. I got fed up with no email as of Wednesday, April 14, at noon and filed a complaint with my Insurance. What will it take for me to get my glasses prescription emailed to me??? If you think that I will let Center for Sight do my cataract surgery with this poor customer service, think again. read more
