Updating my original 1-star review because after several attempts they did grant my refund request…read more Thriveworks has a monthly membership model where you pay a monthly fee on top of the normal counseling fee for therapy. The monthly fee is supposed to be for their "convenient" scheduling options. The therapist I saw was very caring. I would have returned, but my schedule got hectic due to moving, and I discovered that Thrivework's services don't really live up to what is promised for that fee. I decided to cancel, but they charged me for the next month a day before I expected it. It was a major pain to get a refund for that charge, and I only got it because I am super annoying. Now that my move it complete, I will be looking for a new therapist outside of the Thriveworks system. --- They rip off people with additional monthly charges for "administrative services" which then aren't delivered. Continued to charge even though I wasn't using their service any longer and refused a refund. Sad that they are scamming people who just want mental health support!
