Also offered to sell me another 300$ in these made up creams and oils. My skin is completely ruined and my chin is bigger than it was before going in. My skin bleeds from how cry it is. I'm not sure if the receptionist I talked to in person was the same as the one on the phone but she was cold and short with me. I was trying to do the responsible thing by calling ahead and was treated poorly. I understand there are protocols to follow but it was the unkind treatment by the receptionist along with zero flexibility that was very frustrating.
