They promised to do better than the experience I'd had at Aspen Dental in Flowood, even saying their X-rays were poor quality so they'd take their own. Key Dental said they could only do a deep cleaning, which they wanted to charge me over $1,000 for. They had the AUDACITY to tell me I was lucky insurance covered some of it. They cleaned my teeth just fine for free the years prior. After I turned down that charge, they told me I would be billed for my x-ray - that THEY said I needed. Because I turned down the other charge. No warning I would be charged for that! Again, I feel robbed. Why be such money grubbers in Madison County? Are they not doing well enough yet? I am SICK of lying, cheating, scheming doctors taking sick people wanting to help themselves as an opportunity - then deferring all their ineptitude to the insurance companies.
