They have some issues. The dentist I use is good as is the person who cleans my teeth ( I have used…read morethem for about 10 years although am thinking of moving on as they have nearly doubled their prices from two years ago and I am sick and tired of the attitudes of some of the staff and communication issues). They are extremely expensive so beware if you have low financial limits on dental insurance. It is difficult to solve problems over the phone (I have had insurance issues) - calls are frequently not returned nor are emails. As a result you need to drive there to solve some issues (they are nicer in person than over the phone). The office director is unpleasant and unhelpful as is the one billing person I have dealt with. You question them at your own risk as they then blame you and tell you to go elsewhere. They are extremely reluctant to give you a price range for something, instead wanting you to pay for a visit to find out (after significant effort I did find out that a simple filling is $329-400 depending on how many surfaces and whether or not it is simple - this is far more than other places I called when they didn't return my call or email - guess they need to pay for their upscale location and decor). Their website is spectacularly uninformative and gives far less information than most forcing you to call (for example doesn't list the insurances they accept - they claim it is too complicated to do that. Hmm many other dentists manage to do that). They do do charity work 1x a year (although they have not since covid) which is nice. If you have good insurance (most insurances they accept are company, just a few individual), plenty of money, want an upscale location and office decor then go here. The dentists (I have seen two of them) are good and except for one person they do a good job cleaning my teeth. The down side is the failure to return calls and emails and the several problematic office staff.

He return back to Dr. Patel for an exam, at which time she told him he a periodontal disease. She then refer him to a periodontist, who gave an estimate of $6500 for the treatment needed. Dr. Patel should have recognized the early signs , of my husband's periodontal disease. In which time he could have, started to begin his treatment before it progressed. This was poor care !
