What was once an active lifestyle of hiking, biking and kayaking, now became sedentary because of pain. I heard a commercial on the radio about Dr. Keith Solomon and did some research to see if this was legit, as I am a skeptic. I kept saying I was going to call and make an appointment but I was busy with PT and medical massages and acupuncture, those all feel good but weren't doing the trick for me. I finally got the nerve up to call and make an appointment with Dr. Solomon and I haven't turned back. By the 4th treatment I was walking out without pain in my leg and now it is 12 weeks later and pain is not even a thought anymore, in my leg. Yes I have more work to do, but I can walk again, baby steps for now but I know I will get there. I can't be more grateful to Dr. Solomon for understanding what I was feeling and for really wanting to make me better. Also, Kayla, the assistant is wonderful and helpful.

#### Review I cannot…read morerecommend Dr. Masi at Natural Care Chiropractic enough! I've known him for over 15 years, first as my chiropractor and now as a cherished family friend. He is an incredibly knowledgeable professional who uses techniques like flexion-distraction and other gentle manual therapies to deliver outstanding care. Since I started seeing him, my lower back pain -- which has been a challenge since I was 18 -- is well-managed. My standing weekly appointments are crucial to maintaining my spinal health, and Dr. Masi's dedication makes all the difference. He consistently goes above and beyond for his patients, providing truly personalized and effective care. If you're looking for a chiropractor who deeply cares about his patients' well-being, look no further.

He has cared for me and my teenage children. I would recommend him highly to any and all and consider myself lucky to have found him.

Then a short while ago I was telling a friend how I had to get to a chiropractor and he couldn't praise Dr. Marc and True Sport Care enough. So I gave them a try... This is not just an office with a few tables, where you get cracked for 5 minutes and walk out. They spend time with you each visit, and work on past and present issues, as well as teaching you preventative maintenance. Things like stretches, proper breathing exercises and core-building exercises you can do at home. There's an entire rehabilitation/training room as well. One final point that just occurred to me. Dr. Marc told me that he'd have me out in 3-4 visits. No keeping you around to bilk you and/or your insurance company for 20 visits. He corrected my lower back/hip/walking thing I had going in those 3 visits. It had been pretty bad. As they're pretty centrally located in Suffolk County, I'd recommend you give them a look. It's worth the drive.
