My baby is sometimes very stubborn when teachers ask to go potty she says no. They were very patient and she had accident no more 3 times. They are non profit organization so you can have some tax deduction on tuition fee. Personally I am very picky person but never happy more than that. Absolutely recommend this school. My child is lucky to have these caregivers watching over her, teaching her, and giving her so much love every day. They are great about communicating (baby gets a daily care sheet, complete with comments about what she did each day and the cute things that they love about her). Every time I pick her up at the end of the day, I can tell she's happy. When I drop her off in the morning, she doesn't cry for me as I'm leaving. Compared to other daycares / schools we have experienced and seen, this facility stands out not only in the education we have experienced, but the personal touch and communication from ownership and administration. Rick (owner) and Ashley (Director) will continuously update parents of school happenings, illnesses, etc. Primrose also uses a Tadpoles app that lists the daily lesson plan, and provides details of activities the class is doing. My favorite is getting photos/videos added by the teachers throughout the day. Another nugget that always impresses me is families are greeted by name at the front desk, whether it's Rick, Ashley, or any of the front desk staff. How they can remember each child and parent's name is beyond me, but is a great touch.  We also have also noticed low teacher turnover of primary classroom teachers - we have seen so many familiar faces throughout our four years! When there is any movement that affects our child's classroom, we are notified via email very timely (again - great communication). The building and exterior are always clean and attended. You will also find Rick outside putting down ice melt, shoveling and even assisting to clear windshields in snow storms. The building is also secured well, which gives us added peace of mind. There are also many extra activities available that can be fit into the daily schedule to help give the children exposure - soccer, Tots (basketball) and dance are a few. During the summer, the school also provides "Splash days" for the kids to cool off once a week.  The only wish that we have is that the school would be expanded to include a kindergarten class.

I've been so impressed by the Nido staff members and how happy the baby actually is when he comes home. We had 2 informative consultations with ABC & got up to the part where we received resumes of possible candidates. It can be a stressful process with all there is to navigate (finding candidates, background checks, becoming an employer, etc.) but ABC is there to guide you through it which is just what we needed. If we are ever in a position where we need a nanny or another type of household staff, I'd come to them first.

As an experienced nanny, I completed their onboarding process, which included providing references. My references shared that the process was very time-consuming, and I truly appreciated the effort they put in to support me. During this time, I was transparent that I was actively looking for my next nanny position and that finding a new role was important due to changes with my current family. After completing the process, I did not feel supported in my search. I was rarely contacted about opportunities that aligned with what I was looking for, and when I proactively reached out about positions listed on their job board, communication was often inconsistent. There were multiple occasions where I did not receive a response, could not reach someone by phone, or was told that positions still listed as open had already been filled and needed to be updated. When I needed to begin my search again after my previous nanny contract ended, I reached out once more and provided updated information, but unfortunately experienced many of the same communication challenges. While they did eventually reach out about a couple of opportunities, I never progressed to an interview or placement through ABC Nannies. Ultimately, I found my nanny position through another local agency, and the experience was completely different. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, communicated consistently, and made me feel supported and advocated for throughout the process. I understand agencies work with many families and candidates and cannot guarantee placement. However, nannies are also relying on agencies during important career transitions, and clear communication is incredibly important. After completing the steps required to join the nanny pool, I was disappointed that I did not feel supported throughout the process. I hope ABC Nannies takes feedback like this seriously and continues working toward improving communication and the overall experience for nanny candidates.
