Labs are always incorrect because when I had quest doing my labs with better insurance, the results were always correct but somehow with LabCorp they're always incorrect so something is wrong with our system. I'm really frustrated right now. Dr. Kim was a great doctor. I appreciate all his help and everything but I don't appreciate the incorrect labs from LabCorp again when it's showing one thing when I take my medication every single day and its showing I don't how is that even possible?? This entire thing makes no sense. Do you guys not want to help people with anxiety? Do I recommend this medical facility maybe I like them I did like them but today I'm very upset so I'm not happy with my appointment. How can somebody with severe panic attacks and anxiety not be given their medication just because the results are incorrect. Makes absolutely no sense to me at all, I'm very unhappy and frustrated beyond belief. I have taken the same medication for years and now you're all of a sudden gonna stop it because the labs are wrong. It just makes me so upset. I even asked to take the labs again and they wouldn't do it because two times it's showing negative. How is that possible when I take my medication every single day? I'm a Mom she is my everything, why would I seek help from you guys if I didn't need it? You guys have no clue what I have been through and I do my best to stay positive and now this? I don't go out I don't even like taking my medication but two medications I usually never miss is my autoimmune medication and my anxiety medication that you guys won't give me now? But it was such a waste of time to be seen by a very young PA, Ashima Gore. She was not giving the appropriate attention. Not just that, she was given false information. I filled out the application with full details of my visit along with the form my employer sent, but Ashima came in having no clue about why I was there. At first, I still provided her with the information, but then she seemed like she didn't pay attention and asked me again. I was having headaches, with her being that way, I felt uncomfortable. I asked if she is a novice in her position. She said she is experienced. If she is, she is terrible. For those of you that don't know, you don't have to stay employed with your company to use worker's comp benefits or treatments. If your injuries took place during work, even if you resigned, you can still use your worker's comp. It's general information. Google it up if you want to cross-check. For Ashima to be a PA there and told me that my situation is not applicable to worker's comp if I was no longer with the company. And that there must be a physical object falling on me, hitting me, or causing physical injuries for the worker's comp to apply, was straightly ridiculous and misleading. I advised her, supposedly, as long as the injury took place during employment. I still don't have to be with the company to get treatment. She argued that I would still need to be employed or be hit with a physical object. I am sorry, but I don't take unreasonable statements as an answer. I requested Ashima to give me a report of what she stated, and I would seek for professional feedback on her statement. She then suggested that I see the director of the clinic tomorrow for a second opinion. I went through enough headaches. I needed treatment. I don't need an unpresent careless PA to misinform me. My headaches got worse after I saw her. She does more damage and without any help. It was a total waste of time seeing her, then came home with heavier headaches. Not just that, the report does not show all my injuries. I asked the representative that handed me the report, "How come some information is missing?" She stated that because they don't want to disclose sensitive information, that was why it is not there. What? Dried eyes are sensitive information that cannot be disclosed? What in the world were they both thinking? This is not what I need when I am looking for treatment. I get no treatment and just got false information from these girls.

I hope he's enjoying retirement. Dr. Fan is my current doctor. He's been really good. Dr. Fan is intelligent and knows his stuff. His team is great. Good care overall. I've seen him for pneumonia, regular check-ups and medication refills. The KP app is really handy. You can message your doctors on there and typically get a response in 1-2 business days. For urgent stuff, you would want to call the urgent care line. I am a fan of KP's system. It's pretty user friendly.
