I guess it is physically painful for them to ever say thank you to a customer, or to not be having conversations on their cell phones while ringing up a customer's purchase. I'm sorry that they are stuck working in a Cenex convenience store in the middle of nowhere, but that was their choice not mine, they don't need to take it out on the customers.
