I remember when there was a time that this place was unmatched in their customer service where they would let me take a shower, even if there were only five minutes for them left to be open because they knew how hard we worked. Sad that Coltin changed the entire view of this place for me after working in the Oil Industry for over 11 years. Do better, Van Hook. No wonder there are 3.2 stars out of five total reviews.
