I envisioned a screened section, an open section with a roof, and a small, open area for grilling. Additionally, I wanted a set of double windows removed and replaced with a sliding glass door, as well as the replacement of an old backdoor and storm door. Throughout the entire process, the ERS team proved to be an exceptional team to work with. Dylan and Coz diligently helped bring my ideas to life and designed the deck of my dreams. Daniel and his team then brought the design to life, ensuring effective communication and clear expectations at every step. Lyle, Dylan, and Coz regularly checked in to ensure my satisfaction throughout the project. They promptly addressed any questions or concerns I had, making this experience far exceed my expectations. I highly recommend the ERS team for any deck construction project.

Ricardo and his team did exactly what I asked for. They were less than many others quoted. Many…read moreothers quoted outrageous prices because (as a contractor friend explained to us) we were a small job and the big companies would rather take a larger job unless we'd pay the crazy price. So don't assume the small price means lesser value or work. Ricardo made sure I understood the difference in the level of paints and allowed me to choose rather than just providing what he wanted. Paint was on sale at Sherman Williams that weekend and he passed that savings to us! I was able to get one of the most washable high quality paints for less than the normal price of the low level. He also handled some basic handyman work while he was there. Will use again. The were more than half the others, but the quality was great.

John was helpful throughout the process and gave thoughtful advice. We were originally going to replace all of our carpet upstairs but John suggested we replace only the hallway carpet with hardwood and keep most of our original carpet since it was in good shape. This was cheaper, looks much better, and gives us more flexibility in the future. He also worked with us to match our existing hardwood floors (during a supply shortage no less!) and secured some of the last available boxes of what was needed. Miguel and the installation team were great. They did the entire job in two days. They were able to weave the existing floor with the new one and you can't tell where the transitions are. The carpet install was seamless and looks phenomenal. After they left I noticed a few chipped boards. I let them know and they said they'd fix them. It took a few months to get them back onsite given their schedule, but when they did the boards were replaced and everything was touched up as requested. They were responsive throughout the process, patient, did great work, and were pleasure to work with.
