The day after, I found out they sell "genuine" Apple product parts that aren't actually bought through Apple (yes, I was verbally told this), which means they aren't truly genuine. I contacted Apple while sitting in iSupply to confirm, and Apple told me the parts are most likely not genuine if they're not clearing the second screen. I cannot authenticate the camera or screen now because they cracked my original screen during the camera repair and replaced it without letting me know, so my screen isn't authentic either, which I find unacceptable considering I only came in for a camera replacement due to a busted camera lens. Now my screen has this washed out look to it, and it can't even handle the blacks of the screen correctly as it shimmers, and it gives me a headache looking at it. If you're going in for a repair, be aware: you cannot authenticate, which means no proper calibration and a lower overall phone value. That is my warning to anyone coming here for an Apple repair. Just go to Apple and get your stuff properly certified. Yes, I am irritated, but I am fair. The workers are cool; the experience sucked. Do not claim to sell "genuine" Apple parts if they can't even clear the authentication process. Now I have a permanent pop-up in my settings asking me to authenticate, which I can't do since the parts aren't real. One last thing: it's cool that the owner offered to replace my screen for free again, but it's pointless if the parts aren't real because I still can't authenticate, so I'll leave it at a one-star and move on, looking at my screen as a constant reminder not to go to third-party repair shops. Hope the $230 was worth it to lose a future customer. Don't break people's products and replace them with cheaper, low-quality parts and call it a day.

This review is overdue but necessary…read more In June, I got a call from this store. I live in europe and I am not a t-mobile client, so I was confused. They were calling because a cell phone had been found in their lot and turned in my a good Samaritan. I was the phones emergency contact. Turned out my mom dropped her phone the night before! My mom is not a client, I am not a client. They just went out of their way to try to help.

I had this harrowing experience at a T-Mobile store #7190 at 1595 Gause Blvd, Slidell, Louisiana,…read moreon 12/19/2020. So I've been a sprint customer (T-Mobile has taken over) for as long as I can remember, 10+ years and enrolled in a family iPhone 'forever' plan where I get to update to a new iPhone every year while leasing the iPhone and updating my contract for another 18 months. On 11/28/2020, I went to this T-Mobile store (which use to be a sprint store but now has been taken over by T-Mobile) to upgrade my iPhone 11 Pro Max to iPhone 12 pro max. I was told it will be a backorder and since T-Mobile doesn't ship the new iPhone to home address, I've to come back to the store to pick it up when it arrives at the store within the next 7-10 days. I was told to pay taxes and upgrade support charge upfront $117.44. I asked, since I've my credit card on file for monthly charges, just bill me but was told, no, I've to pay these charges upfront via a credit card. No problem. I called in 2 weeks when I didn't hear from the store to make sure I didn't miss a call but they said, nope, still on backorder and the store haven't gotten it yet. No prob. I called the store again the next week, 3rd week, and nope, still didn't get the new iPhone. On 12/14/2020 at 3:50p, I called the T-Mobile 800 customer service number and was told that there's a back order and I won't get the New iPhone till 1/28/2021 and that's a maybe and not a definite date. Well, at that point, I decided to cancel the transaction/ upgrade and told the customer service rep to credit me back for taxes and upgrade support charge of $117 which I paid upfront at the store. No can do and I've to go back to the store to get the credit back. No prob. So on, 12/19/2020 at 5:20p, I went back to the same T-Mobile store to void the transaction as I was not interested in waiting few months for the upgrade to new iPhone 12 pro max. The store manager 'Austin' told me that he can't do it without giving me a reasonable explanation and asked me to call the 800 # for upgrade support team. I decided to wait right at the store while being on hold so after 15 min, a customer service rep comes on line and tells me that this is the wrong # and that she will transfer me to the right number so pls hold. Obviously, I was somewhat irritated that the store employee gave me the wrong # and that I waited for 15 min for nothing and now being told to wait further. I went to that employee and told him, hey get your numbers right so that this doesn't happen to another customer and they don't waste their time. I told him, that I'm on hold and being transferred to the right number and I'll give you that number after I'm done with the call. Well, this other employee 'Brennan' interrupts for some strange reason stating that I shouldn't speak to an employee like this? I asked, like what, "He gave me the wrong 800 number and wasted 15 min of my time and I'm still on hold so he should get his numbers right and not to waste another customer's time. But apparently, this employee 'Bremman' decided to take offense when it was not even his business. Anyway, I am still on hold and want this transaction voided and be on my way as it's already 30 min. So finally a customer service rep comes on line and tells me that he can't process the credit and the store has to do it. I gave the phone to The store manager 'Austin' and they are going back and forth. Anyway, that's why I stayed at the store but the manager 'Austin' who still seems confused and didn't know what to do. I have filed a written complaint with the corporate, better business bureau with a negative rating, rated them on google and Yelp to make sure other consumers avoid this T-Mobile store #7190 at 1595 Gause Blvd, Slidell, Louisiana at all costs. So pls avoid this store and T-Mobile as a carrier at all costs!
