The contract agreement we signed back in the beginning stated that they would also assist with CDRs and I was told to contact the office immediately upon receiving a CDR. Apparently, since then, their policy has changed and they no longer assist with CDRs. No one notified me of the change. No one notified me that the contract agreement was altered to fit their preferences/policy changes. No one notified me of anything until I reached out with questions and was told they wouldn't help me with it. I'm livid, feel lied to and am so disappointed. It's completely unacceptable.
