Recently, I was concerned about the Continuing Disability Reviews and I reached out to them. The contract agreement we signed back in the beginning stated that they would also assist with CDRs and I was told to contact the office immediately upon receiving a CDR. Apparently, since then, their policy has changed and they no longer assist with CDRs. No one notified me of the change. No one notified me that the contract agreement was altered to fit their preferences/policy changes. No one notified me of anything until I reached out with questions and was told they wouldn't help me with it. I'm livid, feel lied to and am so disappointed. It's completely unacceptable.

My experience with this firm was deeply disappointing due to significant customer service and…read morecommunication failures--both during litigation and after the cases were resolved. Despite entrusting the firm with three cases and providing two additional referrals, communication was consistently poor. Obtaining even the most basic updates--particularly regarding my son's benefits award--required repeated follow-ups, extensive time, and unnecessary aggravation. In the end, my concerns were never adequately addressed. A law firm's responsibility does not end when a case is litigated. Ongoing communication, clarity, and client support are essential. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. Based on my experience, I recommend that prospective clients carefully consider other firms that prioritize responsiveness, transparency, and professional client service.

I did notice this attorney to have a good 'talk'. A good tough talk of what he can do for you…read more However.. unfortunately what I found to be truth was this attorney was not timely or very much interested in 'fighting' for me. I noticed very little work was performed on my case until the day of court. I noticed him showing up late for court. I noticed him having little patience in explaining procedures and papers to me. I noticed him showing very little interest in what was best for me and my child. I noticed him not taking the time or care to really make sure of what was right for my child. I noticed it extremely difficult to get a hold of him. There were numerous, numerous unanswered and unreturned telephone calls and emails. There is no secretary either. When there was a return call it was the NIGHT before court. Unacceptable. I DID notice more interest in having the case resolved. I DID notice him cowering down and just trying to get me to sign on the dotted line to get the case over with. I do NOT recommend this attorney. When you go to court on such important matters involving children you DO NEED to be very extremely careful and you have to fight the good fight in order to get what is RIGHT FOR YOUR CHILD(ren). This attorney will have you think it's open shut sign here. NOT THE CASE! BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR CHILDREN. I suggest using another attorney. HIGHLY SUGGEST. I am still in court and now have a different attorney and feel MUCH more confident that whatever the outcome, at least I can be confident that my attorney made sure my child and myself had PROPER REPRESENTATION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
