My phone would no longer hold a charge, it kept overheating, there were now tiny white dots on my display, the camera was not functioning properly. I had a diagnostic done by an Apple tech and they informed me that the screen was not put on correctly and as a result all of these issues were now happening, and it would cost DOUBLE what I paid for the screen to fix all of the issues this screen replace caused. I gave the manager a second change to fix it before going to the Apple tech and he tried to charge me for a sensor (which was working fine before he got ahold of my phone). I asked for my money back being that I now needed to pay even more to fix my phone or get a new one and he flat out refused to take any accountability or give me my money back. I am now disputing the charge with my bank and have proof from Apple showing all the damage that was caused. So let me save you the headache and money, do NOT go here! The manager is the one who "helped" me and he is not at all knowledgeable about iphones and completely ruined what was once a fully functional phone.

The next day he called me and informed me that there was an issue on the motherboard that he could not fix but gave me a couple of suggestions on where I might send it - even offering to extract the board for shipment. I ended up picking it up and shipping it myself (in a box supplied by Thomas) and low and behold my phone is fixed and my data is saved, largely due to Thomas' guidance. This is the type of business owner that we need more of in the US - someone who cares about the customer more than their own bottom line!
