Took it back and again around 3 weeks later I get it back to find they had broken the keyboard and it needed to be replaced. 2 weeks later they called to say they have the keyboard and to bring it in. I picked it up on Friday late only to get it home and find out they had broken the screen!!! I called the manager (Erskin) Saturday morning and he told me to bring it back and they'd fix it. Once at the store he told me they would fix it ASAP and it would be ready THURSDAY! Friday Erskin called and told me, "The owner looked at it and said we're not going to fix it!" This entire process has been a NIGHTMARE! They don't deliver on their promises, do terrible work and could care less about customer service!!!

Now the replacement, which is another branded, came and it lasted only for a month. They took my receipt. They said it's not needed anymore because the receipt passed the year warranty. They guarantee that this replacement will last long, but it did not. Now I don't know what to do. The staffs are friendly and nice to talk to but be careful though, when they said all parts are from China it might mean the low quality that's made in China, so ask carefully. Also try checking the seals of every products from them. If there's no place where it's made, it's probably from China. I don't know about their other products though, but that's just my experience with them. Their nice to talk to but... Be warned.

My son also had damaged the frame of his phone. The tech was honest with me and said fixing it wasn't really worth it and may not be possible because of the extensive damage. Even though I didn't have the repair done, I believe they would have been able to fix it if only the screen was cracked.
