Over the last twelve + years I've never been dissatisfied with their service. After my printers' warranties expired I've used their toner and ink. They always work properly in my Brother laser and inkjet printers, and my H-P inkjet before that, with significant savings over OEM products. I'm not sure about the one-star review from December 2017 unless it might have been because of the rush of the holiday season, but my experience has been just the opposite. Use Cartridge World.
