The staff are either incompetent or scammers. Double charged my card. Refused to refund me. I will be reporting this fraud to my bank. This place needs to be shut down. read more

What a really cool bottle shop come cafe come delicatessen, with a great range of wines, I walked…read moreinto buy a case of wine for my work mate, the lady behind the counter looked me up and down, I said "hello", she looked me up and down again and walked off, possibly the rudest lady I met the whole time I was in Ballarat, so instead of buying a box of wine I bought a 4 pack of beer and left, bought the wine else where, If your to old for hospitality get out !!
