Best Gluten free bakery (and low on sugar use) I came across in Spain (and globally for that matter) - I was able to visit three times during my trip, and have to make another trip just to get more of their goodies!!!
Love the croissants, waffles and crepes, and the flaky pastries to dip in coffee. They also have lactose free/nut milks, and their croissants and savory crepes all use lactose-free cheeses.
The owners are sweet and thoughtful, even though I spoke limited Spanish (google translate really helps) and they spoke only some English, they are really proud of the care they put into their food and the taste really shows!
Prices are also so reasonable - not hiked up like many gluten free places, which was much appreciated. It's a bit off the beaten path, but absolutely worth the trip! read more
