The first incident occurred on January 9, when this employee refused to serve me and escalated the situation by calling the police, despite me being calm and simply attempting to make a purchase. I later returned and was served without issue by different employees, confirming there was no legitimate ban or problem with my behavior. However, on January 11 at approximately 2:00 PM, I returned again and the same employee immediately refused to serve me and falsely stated that I am "banned from all locations." This has never been communicated by management, and I was served as recently as the day before by other staff. I simply said "Hi" before she made this statement. This employee is the only person who has ever treated me this way, and her actions are now interfering with my ability to shop at my neighborhood store. It's disappointing, especially because I would prefer to continue supporting this business rather than take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue, as the inconsistency and hostility from one staff member reflects poorly on an otherwise decent store.

Glass City has fallen into the walmart category as far as delivery goes. They know you will buy, reguardless of a lack of human respect, so they don't care about customer service, just profits.
