The day of the event he arrived on time, set up quickly, and knew how to handle a custom backdrop I had. He did a great job of working with me to find the perfect location to situate the photo booth which made it really easy to access for all my guests. Jim Carpenter is the photographer there, and he is so very nice and professional. I was a little worried that because both my brother and I are students (my brother is in undergrad, I'm a first-year medical student) we wouldn't be taken seriously, but he was friendly and helpful, and my family was pleased with the photos. I got the impression that he certainly knows what he's doing right off the bat. Jim also informed us that he "loves his medical students" and is hired every year for their graduation pictures as well as doing most of the professional head-shots for medical students as they're applying for residencies. Melissa made time to meet with my website designer to hear her needs and also went above and beyond to find the PERFECT location for the shoot, especially during the winter and during a global pandemic. Melissa got to know me and the brand I was trying to create. She did her research and came prepared with a shot list. During the shoot, she made sure we checked the box on all of the shots I wanted, and there were a lot. I have a complex business with lots of services, and she nailed it.
