Unfortunately now, hygienists there are not even skillful enough to perform regular cleaning. I swear to God, I used to have regular cleaning way better than what they call "deep cleaning". They are only interested in your insurance money. I seldom see a doctor now. I had my 2nd extraction by him yesterday. When he was making me numb, he said that was the hardest part, and the 2 needles he gave me did not hurt at all. Then he came back about 10 minutes later, and in less than 45 seconds my tooth was out. It's now about 28 hours later - I have had no pain at all, no swelling, virtually no bleeding. In fact, other than having one less tooth, I have no negative after effects. The staff was great, especially his nurse Jeanette, who was very patient and explained everything to me, and the front desk people are all great. About 25 hours after the extraction, I got a surprise call from Gilliana, asking me how I was doing. I must have seen a dentist about 100 times in my life, and I never ever got a call from anyone's office asking me how I was doing. Dr. Balcerak shook my hand after the procedure, and not too many dentists have ever offered me a handshake. I would definitely rate Dr. Balcerak and his staff as the very best.
