Just yesterday, I took her to a new place, and the poor thing was literally shaking still afraid from that situation. This person alleged that she thought my daughter was older, but that does not justify how she was forcing her in a very rude manner to do exercises that she didn't feel comfortable of doing. After they called me to please give them another chance, that the teacher felt very sorry, I just found it to be unacceptable. Maybe she was having a bad day and she took it on my daughter. It was an awful experience, if this was in front of me, I cannot imagine what she would do without a parent present . I do not recommend this place.

The school itself... pristine... locked/gated/beautiful grounds and play areas. The place is safe, the teachers are AMAZING... they care and they know what they are doing. The activities, learning plan, etc.... WOW! The families... the sense of unity in the various families who attend this school... WOW! I really cant express how amazing this place is. My daughter is learning so much from the curriculum and it is effortless. The encouragement, professional staff, cleanliness, lesson plans, overall environment... it just cant be matched. You want to be part of this place and it is well worth the money.

The teachers, the curriculum and the facility are positively amazing. I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with our experience. We live a decent distance away from the school and Jack's mom drives him from our home on the South Shore to Newton... Good to see that they offer life jackets, noodles, and other floaties. Staff hand out different colored necklaces to kids depending on their swimming level (red dotted = can't swim, red = can swim a bit but can't go to deep end, yellow = can swim to deep end). Overall ok until I saw a floating bandaid in the deep end and clump of hair on the deck. Family locker room is clean. They have soap if you want to rinse. Need to scan pass in order to enter (turnstyle like paying before entering the mbta train). That's good because other locations, everyone can enter without checking IDs or memberships. Machines can use an update. I didn't use but a family member said they are old.

An absolutely great daycare. My daughter has been at KB since she was three months old (she is now…read morealmost 2). For anyone contemplating that first drop off after maternity leave, you know its not easy! The staff at KB couldn't have eased my transition back to work anymore, they were kind, flexible and caring. The teachers in the infant room are truly passionate about the care they provide their babies and as the babies grow, it is clear they love their teachers too. Its not unusual to find several older babies hugging one of the teachers there. The infant room teachers do a great job keeping parents involved in their kids' milestone development and help in the transition from bottles to solid food. They truly feel like a part of your family and help to trouble shoot any issue your baby may be having. After they infant room our daughter transitioned to the first toddler room and they made sure that transition was as smooth as possible. They recognize that little kids have a hard time with change but they make it very easy on them and gradually have them spend more time in their new rooms. Our daughter absolutely loves the toddler room- not only is it such a fun indoor space with a huge play area but she also loves her teachers and friends (and talks about them at home often). The teachers are creative in all their activities with and it is clear that the kids just love being there. It is not unusual for us to go pick our daughter up and have to wait a while for her to finish showing us all the things she's playing with. Sometimes we're sure she doesn't want to come back home so soon! Another great thing about KB is that the kids love it but also they learn a lot. Finally, the center is great with parents. They understand that if a child is at daycare it means parents likely work and have busy schedules. The center director is approachable, understanding and flexible. I am about to have my second baby (who will definitely be in the infant room later this year) and they are great about not just guaranteeing that baby #2 will enroll but also in saving my older daughter's spot since she'll likely be out while I'm on maternity leave. I simply don't have enough good things to say about the staff and the space at KB. I highly recommend this center.
