Customer service was horrible. Cashier was very rude and manager did nothing to mitigate. Only caters to a certain "type". My money looks most like theirs. Love the ascetics but hate the interactions with the women that work in the sales part. Do some work please. Everyone should be welcome. Pricing was wrong. Cashier did not know products or pricing. Charged my card after I told her it was too high then fixed it after she told me to check. This was after I had to correct her ringing up the items in the first place. Very arrogant and not costumer centered at all. So Sad for such a Pensacola gem. read more

Celebrations - Celebrations always goes above and beyond. I could tell before I looked at the card where it came from. - Florists Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

Again... absolutely extraordinary. Celebrations never fails to impress. The flowers are beautiful. Unique pairing of color and texture. My husband ordered anniversary flowers and did something I cannot recommend enough to do when ordering from this shop, tell them your budget and maybe hint at your color preferences and then let them create. We have had one amazing arrangement after another for many years. Five stars! Unique and still has a red rose for love. read more

I called very last minute on a Friday holding my breath for an arrangement for my son's funeral on Saturday morning. It may have been around 11/12 and they immediately had it ready for me in a couple hours. While it was a simple request it was urgent to me and they sensed that and were very helpful and also sympathetic. I won't order from anywhere else ever again. They staff and everyone was very friendly and I was very appreciative of them taking my last minute order. read more

Best florist in Pensacola. If you want the nicest flowers this is the place to go. You want cheap flowers that'll be dead in the day you can go to Walmart. This is the best florist in Pensacola. read more

Celebrations does not live up to the hype and probably delivered the worst flower arrangement I have seen from a "professional" florist. I live in Virginia and placed an order through my local florist, to deliver an arrangement to my mother on her 75th birthday. My mom always sends me a picture, with her thank you, when she receives something from me. I was mortified! The arrangement looked NOTHING like what I had ordered. I can understand there will be design differences and even substitutions in flowers and vases but this was the cheapest arrangement I'd ever seen from a professional. Not even close! I went directly back to my florist, to show her the picture of what was sent. SHE was mortified and extremely apologetic. She called Celebrations to let them know I was displeased; their excuse was that roses were expensive and they gave me $105 worth of roses. Mind you that price included a balloon and a premium surcharge on delivery of $12. I cancelled the order and they drove back to my mom's house to pick up the horrid arrangement. Celebrations also messed up the inscription on the card. I ordered from another shop, R & S Crafts and Florist. They delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my mom, the day AFTER her birthday. read more

I used Celebrations in Pensacola, FL as my florist for my wedding. Virginia is an absolute angel! She was able to work with my meager budget and created the most beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, and boutonnieres for my April wedding. Since I was on a very tight budget we used daisies and yellow carnations.... they came out too cute! If you want friendly service and affordable flowers contact Celebrations! read more

Too pricey for what it is. I asked for $20 arrangement and was let down and served after someone who showed up after me. If you aren't catering a wedding and just getting "it's tuesday" flowers go somewhere else. read more

Celebrations - Is this 135.00 worth of flowers? Terribly disappointed, will never purchase from them again. - Florists Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

A colleague in FL told me and others at our CA office about a life changing event. We wanted to show our support and decided to give her some flowers. After looking at ProFlowers and 800-flowers, nothing was really jumping out at us, so we went local. Glad we did! Celebrations was extremely patient and accommodating. Since we are in CA, we could not see the vase or types of flowers to be used for the floral arrangement. Annette sent me multiple pictures of different vase and pottery options, with dimensions, by text. When we finally decided on the vase, they spoke to us about the type, look, and feel of the flowers. We stated what our budget was for the flower arrangement, and they made it work! Plus, the turn around was 24 hours! Before being sent out for delivery, Annette also sent over a picture of the flowers. What a breathtaking arrangement! Annette, Jim, and all who worked on putting together and delivering this gift for our colleague, thank you! She loved them! read more

Celebrations - A beautiful floral arrangement by Celebrations that conveys more than what can be said. - Florists Near Me - Pensacola, Florida

The staff was very helpful. I walked in the day I needed a bouquet for a friend's birthday dinner and they walked me to their cooler. I was able to tell them my price point I wanted to stay under and pick out flowers that would make the bouquet more personalized and special. I walked out with a beautiful bouquet for a fantastic price. This is where my husband and I will go for all our flower purchases in the future. read more

After being a customer for years this past Valentine's Day was the last time I will go get flowers from them. The $150 dozen of tulips seemed a bit steep especially since they were wilted when I came to pick them up they reluctantly change them out for a different color but the wilted ones they tried to sell me were ready for the trash. read more

I called Celebrations late one Saturday afternoon to see if they could make a bouquet for a host gift before they closed in 30 minutes. They did make a beautiful bouquet for me that was stunning and let the host know how much we appreciated the lovely evening. read more

They were rude as can be to my fiancé who was simply trying to see prices and what they had for our wedding. One worker said they had nothing for her to look at. Another one was standing there and when asked to help said he was too busy. If this is "customer service" to them that's a damn shame read more

I called at 8:30am to order flowers for a coworker's bday that day. The bouquet arrived by 11am and was beautiful! It was packed full of fall colored flowers and looked very nice and expensive. I paid $35 plus a delivery fee of around $15. read more

My experience was not good. I asked for some flowers as a welcome gift and the lady didn't seem to be interested in my needs. So I left and went to a different florist. read more

I spent over $200 for a sympathy arrangement, and it was the worst arrangement I have ever bought. It looked like it had been put together by someone with a bag over their head. A complete hodgepodge. The picture on the website has all large beautiful roses, but what I got was a few aging large roses and a lot of very tiny Tyler roses -- like the ones sold on the side of the road. This was for my own mother's funeral. I was very embarrassed that anyone even saw it. I sent a complaint email but received NO response whatsoever. I didn't even take the arrangement out to the grave site. Very, very disappointed. Would not recommend. read more
