I called for…read morea partial refund, and she drove me off the phone because she was busy. $140, let that settle in...$140. I feel robbed. Worst of all, my Mother's Day present is ruined. I'm out $140, and now am scrambling last minute to find flowers at local groceries stores with no supply in sight. Why be in the business if you are just going to underdeliver and ruin people's holidays? I've been holding back tears all day. I feel robbed, my mother senses it. This is not a reliable vendor.

The owner of this store is the rudest individual that I have dealt with in a long time. I ordered…read moreflowers for Mother's Day from their website. When they were delivered they were about 25% of quantity of what was pictured, had a plain vase rather than the "specialty" vase described in the description on the website, and pale flowers instead of the "vibrant" boutique that I purchased. I paid $63 for something I didn't want and was completely wrong. When I called the owner, he claimed that he would make it right by going to pick them up and redoing the order. Then called back 10 minutes later he called back and said he was going to go get the flowers and just refund the money because "this was the only complaint that he had all day." When I ask how would that "make it right" he told me that he never had any of the flowers or vase to fill the order and that is why the arrangement was done the way it was. He then lied and told me that the order was done correctly the first time...but how could that be if you never had the flowers in the first place? I told him that was unacceptable. I wasn't going to pay that for what was essentially a $20 Publix arrangement, he said that he was just go take the flowers back and give us a refund. Take my Mother's Day gift that he screwed up and give me a refund leaving my mom with nothing and then hung up on me. Classy move from a classy guy.
