The cake was in buttercream rather than fondant. All the decorations were falling off and I had to reapply them myself. When I reached out to Sara, the response was "I did buttercream to save you some money" and "I'm not a professional baker". Like WHAT!!! I paid over $400 for this shit cake. I would have been more than happy to pay whatever it would be to have my cake look halfway decent... I specifically asked the photographer NOT to photograph the cake. NEVER going back...

If you like quality, artisan baked goods (nothing against the glazed donut/cream filled donut crowd) this is the place to go in Marion. The folks behind the counter were super friendly and made us feel good about stopping by. Finding it threw me for a second, though. They are in a house in what looks like a normal housing neighborhood. The sign is under the eaves and it's set back front the sidewalk under a nice shade tree. If you don't see it at first, look again. You'll be glad you did.
