My first experience with her? I called to order a smash cake for my baby's first birthday. I sent my budget and a reference photo like any normal parent would (which was the most simple and plain cake that I actually ended up making myself but better) and she laughed -- actually laughed -- and said, "Let me put it like this, you're asking for a BMW cake on a Honda budget." That's what she said to a first time mom and first time customer. I was disgusted. That moment told me everything. She acts like she's doing people a favor by taking their money. The desserts are mediocre, the food is a joke, and her public responses to reviews are even worse...petty, defensive, and dripping with the same arrogance I heard on the phone. Then there's her social media.. full of cringe-worthy videos that make you wonder how someone can be this unaware of their own attitude. And apparently she orders Instacart and doesn't even tip. It's all the same energy: take, brag, and belittle. If she ever treated customers with even a fraction of the respect they deserve, she might actually have a good thing going. But for now, her reputation matches her product.. stale and hard to swallow.

Tiphanie was thorough in making sure the menu, drinks and all details were perfect for us, down to the cupcake and macaron flavors. The party was a huge success, we received many compliments on the food and party room. It's amazing that they do not charge to use the room.

My son raves over the blueberry muffins. Big, fresh blueberries throughout. And my husband is a huge fan of the chocolate croissant. They have a good variety of breakfast offerings like pecan rolls, colaches, sweet breads, cookies, pies, even hot breakfast sandwiches and also gluten free options! They also serve salads, sandwiches, and drinks! The Eat Shop has a well curated menu for all. The service is always 10/10. The staff are wonderful people who are easy to have a conversation with. They are helpful and patient when taking the time to look over the menu or in the display case. The decor and design of is something I wish i had in my own home. Modern yet comfortable, cozy and inviting. They also have outdoor spaces for when the weather is nice.

I found the acoustics to be terrible and placing my order to the cashier was very difficult. I should have used that as a clue that sitting inside to eat was going to be just as bad, and it was. Whether it was a larger group of excited friends talking loudly or just a small group catching up, it echoed everywhere and I could not enjoy myself. I also found that trying to get some water from the large drink dispenser with the spigot was difficult as the water was lower than the spigot. It was awkward and maybe not the best set up.
