I ordered 6 cupcakes (and a coffee to go) from the paper menu they had available while also peeking at the display behind the service attendant. The group really enjoyed them and mentioned they'd go try them out again. My only gripe: I really wish the cupcake display was all the front of the stand. I wanted to pick cupcakes based on how cute they looked and it was difficult to see them. It seems they've closed to store off. Hopefully they open back up soon. Also they do cakes too. I saw a family picking up a beautiful graduation cake. (I ended up writing the ingredients on sticky notes, because there was no way I was going to be able to remember. It would have been nice to have something identifying them inside the box. )

I decided to give them another chance recently and was so disappointed that I did! I called my order in 15 minutes before I arrived and still had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and lattes. Luckily, my sandwiches were hot, probably because they didn't start making them until I arrived however my "hot" latte was not hot at all but I did not have time to request a remake as I had waited 20 minutes upon arrival. I honestly possibly could have given more grace if it was even acknowledged why my order wasn't ready at the provided time. The guy at the register didn't apologize or even address why I was having to wait so long. I really wanted to be a long time supporter of this place because they are conveniently located on my route to church but it's safe to say I will not be returning under any circumstances.

I detest shopping around or driving all over metro atlanta for anything, so I am thrilled to find a location that can deliver to my door. I purchased cupcakes for my friends birthday and they were so dry and stale, we ended up throwing half of them away - which is frustrating considering what they cost. I reached out via email and on Instagram and never received a response which tells me that they literally could care less about their customer base. It is a shame because I buy cakes and cupcakes from them all of the time, but will no longer do so. There are way too many bakeries in Atlanta to pay $40 for cupcakes that are dry and stale.
