If this shop was located in an area where the above mentioned Go-Karting/Arcade was, this location wouldn't be as great because it would just be among the norm. But because fun stuff like this ISN'T the norm, this place is always loaded with business! It's quite the genius business practice if I do say so myself. As many times as I have passed by this location, never once have I not see people playing Mini-Golf here.
