A cousin of mine who lives in San Antonio mentioned about Primo Medical Supplies and had great things to say about these guys. I was a bit hesitant to call them as they are far away from my place. But I still gave it a shot. Owner tried to understand what my needs are and then came up with a quote that not only had good discount on the Bed rental, but also gave me a huge discount on delivery. Delivery was smooth and the delivery guy took all the covid related measures while setting up the bed at my place. Overall very smooth process. And I am super happy with my decision and thanks to my cousin as well who referred me here. It is important in this line of business to understand the patient needs first and then offer them based on their need and budget. And I think Primo Medical Supplies is exactly doing that. Keep doing the amazing work guys!

The gentleman I initially spoke with was kind and genuinely seemed to be trying to help me figure out my options. Unfortunately, when the pharmacist got on the phone, the tone of the conversation changed completely. I was already dealing with an injured foot and trying to figure out what I could do over the weekend. Instead of simply explaining that a prescription would be required for the boot, I felt like I was being lectured about the fact that it was the weekend and doctors wouldn't be available to write one. I was fully aware of that--that was exactly why I was calling the pharmacy to see what options I had. The issue wasn't that they couldn't provide the boot. I understand there may be rules or prescription requirements they have to follow. The issue was the tone and lack of empathy. When someone is hurt and calling for help, a little kindness and a simple explanation go a long way. I really appreciated the gentleman who first tried to assist me, but the interaction with the pharmacist was disappointing and left me feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer asking for help.
