    Movezen took over a property mgmt co I had previously hired. They seemed very on top of things and…read moretold me they were checking on my property periodically as promised. "Everything looked good" They spoke with my tenant and she loved the place. After a couple of years she moved out and Movezen said I needed to release the security deposit. I wanted pictures of my place to make sure all was good as they had told me. It wasn't good at all. There was terrible damage to the flooring. Cost: $8,000 The kitchen cabinets and drawers were all damaged and the fridge had mold in it. There was more damage but those were the big ones. Cost me $11000 to fix it all. Move zen refused to take responsibility of any of it and they wanted to make sure the tenant got all her security money back seeing as the tenant had found a new rental - through Movezen! They did everything to protect the tenant and nothing to help me at all. I had 3 rentals through them that I ended up selling because Movezen did not ever check on anything or tell me the truth. But they were very diligent at collecting payment from me.

We found a rental, toured a rental, paid for the next step and they said "not approved, you don't meet the "homeowners' credit requirements"... WHAT? MOVE ZEN isn't exempt from FAIR HOUSING REGULATIONS or EQUAL HOUSINGS LAWS, but apparently, they think so. A homeowner doesn't set regulations, not State or Federal? It gets worse. "You're declined, Have a Good Day" is how the manager Maddie Spicuzza responded (after I ask if she would kindly call us after all was reviewed). This was how she treated us after chasing around, $240 later in application fees in ab attempt to secure housing. The GM Alicia Robbins, left her 4 messages...never returned my call. GOOD luck trying to reach anyone. NO ONE ANSWERS the phone, they ask you text them or contact them on Instagram! All of the above is accurate, truthful and shared for the purpose of saving someone else the run-around, deceit and hundreds of dollars in application fees. I apologize for those hard working managers, sure you don't deserve this review. This isn't meant to hurt you, but your "management" sure needs a RESET!!! I should have known better when asked to PAY $$$$ up front before getting any information. I should have seen RED FLAG and known better! (The 3 out of 5 star rating was for Victory Properties, they are no longer in business).

    This company is BS. They rented me a house with cockroaches. They even admitted it, but they called…read morethem Palmetto bugs. Prior to finding the bugs outside I squished 2 in the house, I was a little weirded out but decided to roll with it. After looking around the house it was dirty, the counters were sticky, dishes that were dirty were in the silverware drawer, plates in the cabinet were dirty. The pot holders looked like they had never been washed. When we saw the multitude of roaches outside we bolted, before we even unpacked. The Cool Story home needs an exterminator. Heck maybe the entire company needs an exterminator to put it out of everyone's misery. So disappointed The company has declined my refund....... Frickin' cockroaches carry at least 66 different diseases. Go do some research.

    We arrived at the house and everything REEKED OF DOG PEE. We went room to room and noticed a dog…read morehad peed on just about every single rug it was DISGUSTING! We contacted them and the next day The company offered to have the house cleaned AGAIN and sent over the same ladies who failed to clean it correctly the first time. They advised me that "the prior guest was a 2 week stay with a dog (who apparently peed all over) and they spent over 4 hours in the home trying their best to remedy what they could on the Sunday turn after the guest checked out to make it as ready as possible for you. The rolled up rugs in the kitchen was accidentally left behind by the inspector, who was absolutely mortified she forgot it when we asked her about it." (Rugs that were covered in pee and also left other rugs around the home with pee on them) They also sent over a maintenance person to clear out the COMPLETELY unusable fenced in dog area that was covered in weeds and pickers. Also almost every fence post is worn/unnailed and the dogs push them aside and can go in and out. (So not fenced in) LASTLY when I asked them what the owner said regarding compensation they stated they can only reimburse me $470 which is ONE nights stay. We had cockroaches and an infestation of ants because none of the windows or doors seal. I went back and looked at the photos online that I looked at before renting the house. THEY WERE ALMOST UNRECOGNIZABLE ! It seems they used photos from years ago when someone actually took care of the house and still promoted the house as being updated 2024. Will never use ACCESS REALTY AGAIN OR STAY HERE!!!

Then they will harass you the full time you are there, inspection every 3 months, owners and co-owners coming and going all the time blocking your car in filling up your trash bin with their own stuff. Calling questioning what the neighbors are doing etc. Very unprofessional. When you have to put in a service request of a leak and they turn your water off during a holiday for 3-4 days with no water at all, and you request to be moved or provided an accommodation and only get ignored. And because it took so long to have the leak temporarily patched, (over a month) mold grew in between the walls, and the walls started separating and showing mold through to the other side in some places. After a patch was place to cover the leak, nothing was done to rectify the damage of the water that had already been sitting in the walls and floor. Once I was finally able to aquire a new place and move, the company is trying to charge for damage to the floor, windows, walls, etc due to water damage sustained from faulty maintenance. A mop will not clean mold that is growing under the floor. And a cleaning fee for a microwave and fridge from 1997. Neither of which are safe to be using any longer. But both of which were left cleaner than received. There are burns on the back of the fridge and the wall, not from tenant misuse, b/c appliance from 1997 should not still be in use.
