When I called I asked if they delivered to Kingsley, a 20 minute drive. The lady responded that they do but the order must be a $75 minimum and the delivery fee is $40. This is an incredibly high price and almost seems like price gouging. I think The Flower Station should rethink their pricing. I was shocked when I heard the cost! I have never had a flower delivery cost that much in my life! And to top it off, the lady was rude on the phone. Her tone was rude and when I said "ok thank you have a good day", she didn't say anything and just hung up the phone! Poor customer service. I don't know if it was the giant (ACTUAL) tree trunk in the middle of the store, the calming array of houseplants (which, despite my brown thumb for indoor plants, I love so much), the terrarium building bar (again--I would fail miserably but OMG so pretty), the amazing ceramics and planters, the small but excellently curated collection of art supplies (many imported from Japan!) that had me asking myself if I needed more pens, the small batch chocolate bars, and so much more. There are so many cool nooks and crannies here that it took me three passes before I felt like I had seen/considered all my options. In the end I bought 3 plants (and they're all still alive!), two chocolate bars, some stickers, and a few other small bits and bobs. Already yearning for another trip back there! I can't wait!
