Well now its months later and Terry Tucker went by my old house and spoke with my sister and told her she picked up my dogs and that they were at the humane society when I was there to get them. I guess we have no rights to our pets. I was not told the truth about my dogs and never given any information on where or how to get them back. We had a puppy that was literally dropped off by someone we don't know who but it was sick and wouldn't eat so we called this place asking what we should do and they gave us some advice but then acted like we don't take care of our animals and if the woman had of listened correctly she would have heard the fact that it was NOT our puppy and it had just walked up that morning and we called this place as soon as they opened only to get someone who wouldn't help us and the advice she gave wasn't very helpful and definitely was disrespectful. We simply didn't know what to do with this stray puppy that had came from no telling where and it had literally just came up the morning we called this place but instead the woman wanted to say they can't contaminate the other animals and that we needed to take care of our own animals! We have ALWAYS taken care of every animal we have ever had and they have always been taken to the vet and been loved and played with and treated like one of our own family members! We didn't know this puppy and didn't know what to do and I thought it was very rude of her to say we should take care of our own animals and there was nothing she could or would do!! The last visit they informed me that he does not like to get his nails clipped, but they never told me that they would no longer groom him. I tried to schedule a grooming online as I have done in the past, but I received a message to call the store to make an appointment. I called and was told that my account was inactive, and I was passed to another associate who informed me that they would no longer groom my pet. We did have a conversation on my last visit, but she did not state that he could not return. I will never go to this store for anything ever again. The grooming staff was pretty rude from the beginning and the groomers lack communication skills. I am not the first person this has happened to, a friend of mine told me the groomer made an executive decision not to groom her dog also.

And all he had to say about the missed phone calls was "my ringer must have been off" * Tori Mann minimized my puppy's condition and was not transparent about how critically ill he truly was. * No one at the clinic ever referred me to a specialist or emergency hospital -- they only continued prescribing medication despite his worsening condition. * Tyler Epes discharged my puppy after having him for hours and reviewing his X-rays, but did not disclose that he had a collapsed lung. * When I later raised concerns, the clinic's explanation for the lack of care was that they were "just a small clinic." Because of the lack of urgency and the 13 unanswered emergency calls, I ultimately drove my puppy 50 minutes to the nearest emergency hospital. Tragically, he passed away the same night he had been discharged from this clinic. Also not even 24 hours after his death after informing them that because of them my puppy lost his life, they deactivated his profile from the app.
