True hell on earth.
I do not think any residential building in all of Seattle is more corruptly run than Cedar Crossing. Management actively places their good tenants, especially women and children, in danger for money (bringing in violent drug addicts and sex offenders/rapists, for example, for lucrative contracts because no one else wants them).
One of the worst parts of living here are all of the petrifying, super loud emergency evacuations that happen in the middle of the night. They happen very frequently and sometimes multiple times in one night. I do not have words to explain how scary they are and they are constantly happening. It makes sleep impossible and existing here a nightmare.
Drugs, urine, feces, weapons, and garbage are everywhere. There are always issues with garbage disposals breaking so filth piles everywhere.
There was a bullet left in front of my door. There was another bullet that went through another apartment's walls on the floor above me.
Lots of people die in this building. In the first few months alone there were several.
The elevator was not up to code and it dropped, which is super dangerous. There are also sex offenders waiting for their next prey inside the elevators and hunting people at all times.
The windows also barely open & there is no AC, so you will boil a few months every year in the heat.
