Maintence is backed up well over 2 years of people waiting for compitent maintence staff to fix problems. Current manager loves to threaten with 1430's (eviction warnings) over tiny things such as dishes drying on countertops with a rack to hold them in. Calls tennants personal belongings trash. Rents out spaces with torn up carpets and other problems.

The Pinnacle apartments replaced the staff, but the old staff stole my CO2 batteries from my detector, let me live without a working fridge for months, and messed with my mailbox. However, I am hopeful for the quality of living to go up with Jim being the new property manager.
