All billing for the past 17 years went through my credit card. I owed then $122.00 for those 2 weeks and they submitted the debt to a collection agency! First of all, they should have charged my card that has been on file - or pick up the phone or email me. To whom it may concern,…read more When I asked Mr. Murphy to lower my cost temporarily I had been in the hospital 3 times. My bank accidently put a pay stop on my payments to my HOA. This happend in Jan 2019 and again in March even after I took a letter in to ask them to lift the stop payment. I incurred late fees, hospital, prescriptions, and bounced checks, and loan fees because of this mistake. Before I knew it was the banks fault I called Mr. Murphy and his assistant asking them to reduce my policy costs temporarily until. Not only did Mr. Murphy fail to follow through he should have just transferred me to his assistant because she ended up helping me. I found out at Midnight after driving for 2 months without insurance that my policy had been dropped. I had an agent do this to me before. If there is a issue with my policy and I have an agent, do they get paid just for writing my policy or should they also contact me if there is in fact a problem. I emailed Mr. Murphy who has at this time not called back. Had this gone two more weeks I would not have been able to afford insurance because of Utah's 90 day law and I am paying more in policy cost and I am sure it will also affect my credit. Since this was not my fault and I went with an agent and talked to him about expected support and that is why I didn't just buy insurance online. I hope you will take action and contact me and the insurance company so I can work this out and get the debt collections which would not have happend had I known I would have paid right away! At this time I am not even sure if I still have homeowners insurance or if that was dropped without my knowledge to.
