Every year, like clockwork, Richard and his team reach out to me to dot all the i's and cross all the t's. The most appreciated thing is that I barely have to do anything, he really knows my business so well and has so much experience that his team is able to recommend and handle everything I could need. Worst service I've ever had, called to get an insurance quote on a personal vehicle, 2 company…read morevehicles, and an office space policy. Was quoted 123 a month for personal, and they'd get back to me on business accnts. I said great is that the best rate around/competitors they assured me it was so I gave them my card # for deposit. 10 mins later I get a call from another agent with BETTER coverage for 82 a month. I go to the store tell them this and ask to cancel that policy, The guy gets a very aggressive tone and expression and nearly yells"we're not interested in doing that" I'm a young business owner, I laughed thinking this was a joke as I was discussing 3+million dollars of policy coverage with him moments ago. And he just stared at me in awkward silence, got up and brought back two papers sign here sign here. I asked about the office insurance and he just says, we aren't going to do that, we don't want your business, leave, now. Which is fine, I hope they don't want anyone else's business either. Stay away from these guys, better coverage for almost half elsewhere. Just unbelievable to me, it's business. Best rates usually get the business, sounds like he knows he's not beating anyone's prices, or even going to try for you, just wait for the next sucker to call. Hope this helps someone!

I've needed to stop the automatic payment withdrawal a couple of times because of medical bills and she was always very good and worked with us. I appreciated that so very much. Our previous insurance company gave us the hardest time when we needed to stop the automatic withdrawals. I never understood that. They were still getting their payment so what's the big deal? I feel like she is compassionate enough to pay attention to what her customers need without giving them a hard time. It's a win win situation... You get awesome caring customer service from her and in return she gets loyal customers that are grateful and want to stick around with her and her agency.
