The two stars are for Brianne's cleaning skills, which are excellent and thorough. Minus three…read morestars for lack of professionalism by the owner and Brianne. One of the reasons I choose Kickback Cleaning was the owner assured me that he had plenty of staff in my area to handle my cleanings/if my schedule needed changing. This turned out not to be the case. Of the 3 months Kickback cleaned my house, they showed up on the scheduled day and at the scheduled time maybe twice. Every other cleaning required rescheduling. Sometimes in advance, but the last two times, no one showed. And once when a cleaner canceled, I did not receive a call the day of the cleaning, but rather an email from the owner. Apparently, I was expected to check my email, even though it was time for someone to arrive, and I was looking out my door. Constantly rescheduling was very stressful for us because we have two big dogs that we need to juggle during the cleaning; and, sometimes, we would take them to daycare, which costs us money. As for Brianne, she is very personable; and I liked her. I felt guilty for being unable to tip her. So a few times, I gave her treats for her dogs and once, the last time she showed, a fairly expensive dog toy. At one point, she said I was one of her "favorite" customers. Then the next cleaning, as per usual, they asked to reschedule because the person who was supposed to come canceled "at the last minute." I received a voice mail about this shortly before the scheduled cleaning. Over the next two days, I sent at least two emails to both the owner and Brianne and left at least 3 voice mails - 2 for Brianne and at least 1 for the owner. I needed to reschedule quickly because I had limited time before the next cleaning. I have received NO response whatsoever from either of them. I have to admit that I did not expect the cold shoulder. I may not be the easiest customer to work with (even if Brianne reassured me this was not the case and actually stated I was very "laid back"), but I certainly did not deserve silence. All in all, Kickback Cleaning was not very easy to work with; and if this is how Brianne treats her "favorite" customers, I shudder to think how the regular customers are treated.

Do not hire this company if you actually want your place cleaned! I hired them for a move out clean…read moreand they told me they would be there between 7:30-8:30 in the morning. They arrived around 7:25. Shortly thereafter they were harrassing me about when my nephew would be there to let them in. My nephew was there at about 7:35. The next thing I knew they canceled the service! Saying they wouldn't have time! What??? The boss told me they had to be somewhere at 10. So I'm not sure what the workers were doing between 7:30-10. She says she can do it tomorrow but we are in a time crunch since this is a move out clean. Unbelievable and unacceptable! This is in response to the business owner's response... They were not in the parking lot for 20 minutes. If they told you that they were lying. I called my nephew right away and he texted me 3 minutes later and said he was there where were they? Your people were supposed to show BETWEEN 7:30-8:30 and they showed at 7:25 and wanted to know where my nephew was EARLY. It sounded like I wanted to cancel? No. I was pissed because all of a sudden we were given a time limit, 2 hours, that morning for a move out clean! Are you serious? You're people left within 10 minutes, don't lie. You did not wait until I texted you back because I was mid flight like I told you I would be. No one ever said we wanted to cancel! Yeah we can't do tomorrow because this is a MOVE OUT CLEAN and you knew it! Would you like me to posts texts with time stamps to show you or your workers are lying? I'd be happy to. Keep it up.
