Eroski is a Spanish supermarket chain with nearly 1000 outlets across Spain. It's actually a worker-consumer hybrid cooperative, which is interesting. Reading the wikipedia, I learned that the name Eroski is a combination of the Basque words "erosi" (to buy) and "toki" (place).

I have writing e mails to cosumer support over and over again not a single reply when delivery could be expected. Yesterday my Spanish speaking college called them - got finally a reply that the delivery will take place in 2 days. The same day ( yesterday) they suddenly call us from the adress now they want to deliver. We have paid for instalation - no instalation was made , in fact our builder was forced to help them to carry the articles. Carrefour - how can You possible work like this (never again)!!!
