Bought 2 fridges , one freezer , 2 washing mashines , one dryer - total value for Euro 3535,-
Was promissed 2-3 days delivery but it took 11 days . I have writing e mails to cosumer support over and over again not a single reply when delivery could be expected.
Yesterday my Spanish speaking college called them - got finally a reply that the delivery will take place in 2 days. The same day ( yesterday) they suddenly call us from the adress now they want to deliver.
We have paid for instalation - no instalation was made , in fact our builder was forced to help them to carry the articles.
Carrefour - how can You possible work like this (never again)!!!
