My rep, Brian Findley always expressed for me to contact him directly as he could find me the better pricing vs. me just ordering straight through the site. The sold business and office supplies. It appears they have moved more into furniture and the lack of customer service is severely lacking now. Today I reached out to see if I could get help ordering some products, they found for me in the past. I was pretty much pawned off and told I could find my items on Amazon. What company does this? When I expressed my disappointment, I was then told in so many words (see below) that they may not be a good fit for my company. My rep flat out lied and said that my last orders were a while ago (a year ago- I did not realize that you had to make so many purchases in a specific amount of time??) and most of that I returned. I RETURNED 2 ITEMS for which I did not ask for a refund, I put that money towards even more supplies. Sadly what was a great company that I recommend to many others is not the stand-up, helpful company that they once were. Such a sad loss as they were my go-to. Email I received from Brian Findley. We ordered and got approved to finance. Our bed was supposed to be delivered "After 4pm" The delivery men didn't arrive until 7:30 pm. Set up was quick which led me to believe that the quality of the furniture is cheap ( it is) The bed was supposed to be a queen but it measured as a full sized bed. We called the store and showed them the measurements and this Danny davito looking ass b*tch said that we were wrong. She could show us the receipt and show that she ordered a queen size bed. The receipt is attatched After a back and forth, she said I could get another mattress, this time "king size" for an additional "$325" and it would take two days to deliver. Great, even though we needed a bed to sleep on the same night. I asked her if we could just return everything and get a king sized box spring and mattress. She said no, all sales are final and there are no returns. BUT WE WERE ABLE TO RETURN THE OLD FURNITURE as long as we paid more money. Sounds like a scam Currently we have been waiting 2 days for a manager to reach out and contact us which I know isn't going to happen. Now we are stuck in a financing agreement paying for a too small bed and cheap ass frame. No wonder there are bullet holes in the door. These people are liars and scammers.

She priced matched my cartridge to Walmart and saved me 5.00. She told me about an unlimited ink plan but i don't use enough ink for it and she even told me i could recycle my old one there for 2.00.
