As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. As far the Trane variable speed unit I purchased--especially at the high price I paid--does not seem to be doing as well as I expected. I know that HVAC guys will say that as long as it has a 20 degree differential from the outside temperature, it's doing its job. Well, frankly, my 30-year-old train cooled much better even though it wasn't running at the full 5-ton. While I love doing business with Medley, I'm not a fan of this new Trane unit.
