BEST PRINTER EVER…read more Kind of an unconventional review for me for a Sunday morning, but hey, this is one local business that deserves some props. I needed to get cartons and labels printed for my new beauty business. Now keep in mind, I've done product development the beauty industry for over 15 years, so I've seen it all - cartons, labels, marketing materials, everything. I know quality when I see it. And I have some idea of what things should cost. I called around to about three different printers in the local area for quotes. The other printers were giving me outrageous costs (upwards of $11.00 / box - CRAZY!!). QPS owner Charles got back to me right away. We discuss what I needed... Now being a new business, my order quantities are pretty low. But Charles kept it real. He wasn't trying to gauge me and he even helped me with different ways that I could save on costs without sacrificing quality. When I went down to the facility, he gave me a tour of the place, printed me a digital sample, and showed me all the different types of boxes I can get down the line. It took me a few tries (and visits) to get the samples right, and Charles stayed with all the way. He turned around my order within a week, and BOOM. I got ROCKSTAR boxes and labels (which you'll see from my fabulous photos). At the end of the day, costs were totally reasonable and I couldn't be happier. Can't wait to sell out of my first run so I can go back :) Super high quality - just like the name.

Charles is fantastic, and a former Chicagoan!…read more I recently sent him a job to have printed - a 12 page instruction manual. My client recommended him, and she dealt with him directly on pricing and billing. Easy! I handled the technical aspects, and everything went smoothly. I'd sent the file to several other online digital printers and didn't even get an email acknowledgment, much less a quote. Charles called me on the phone soon after I sent the file to him - over a holiday weekend! Customer service, people, it matters! He had an online proof for me quickly, and my client was thrilled with the price, service and paper stock he suggested. He's in CA, yes, but that doesn't matter to me. I've got a few clients here in Chicago that I will recommend him to. The small cost for shipping is worth it when you find a printer that really KNOWS his stuff, and does the job RIGHT. Gold!

This company has really gone down hill. We have used them for 10+ years and in the past their…read morecustomer service and quality has been great. Not anymore. We recently placed a clothing printing order and am left feeling very dissatisfied. First off the whole ordering process took forever and Tim was extremely unprofessional to work with. Even telling my office staff "that he cringed every time he saw an email from her". I complained to the manager Ken who talked to Tim later and told me he was joking. No he wasn't, but ok. He was super opinionated about the brand of clothing we wanted and seemed irritated about the brand we ended up ordering. Then we finally received our clothing. The embroidery was fine. However the screen printing was very poor quality. I have attached pictures as well. Sloppy job. When I brought this to their attention they took a while to "review" the clothing I had issues with and then ultimately came back saying that they won't do anything about it. Needless to say we won't be using their company again.

A Breath of Fresh Air…read more.. Finally a real web designer has been found. I have nothing but great things to say about Sierra Image Works and Natalya Brandt. I have been on the hunt for almost a year now for a company to build me a straight forward easy to use website. Before I found Natalya my company had worked with a few other designers and it always seemed like we were coming up with the look and feel of the site, we were trying to trouble shoot problems, which was very frustrating because we were paying them to do these things. Finally we found Natalya and she immediately took a hold of the situation and helped bring the project to the finish. There were problems that we ran into during the design phase, as all projects have, but Natalya always found a solution before we had a chance to offer our opinions. We liked Natalya so much we immediately gave her a second contract and once again she delivered flawlessly. I recommend Natalya and Sierra Image Works to all of my business associates and friends. Their plans and pricing are as competitive as anybody, but her problem solving skills are priceless. Thanks again Natalya.

SVD has been a godsend after a challenging and short lived experience with our first 3PL. The sense of security I got from the moment the owner of SVD, George, emailed me back after inquiring about his services has only grown in the few short weeks we've worked together. We were in a bind and needed to set up our account very quickly and George led us with so much care and understanding. From the moment our goods arrived to our first sale being processed only a few days passed. Within a week of partnering we had an extremely viral moment happen with our brand and sales skyrocketed on a Friday and into the weekend. By Monday, George and his team had fulfilled every order. I cannot praise the team, their organization, and their communication enough, as well as George's willingness to strategize and work with us to maximize efficiency. The SVD warehouse is beautiful, clean and organized and the vibes from the team are positive and focused. You can feel the great pride George takes in his operation, and he graciously encourages his prospective clients to tour his facility before signing on, just another vote of confidence. I don't know where we would be without George and the SVD team. We are so grateful to be working together for what already feels like what will become a long and productive relationship.
