They organized in advance our transport from the Airport to Paris and as well as in Paris, and they found us a great hotel in the heart of Paris, and booked the best restaurants just near my workplace On the leisure side, they could reserve the best seats for operas, private tour with guide... we spent some time after work discovering the greatest sights. And especially, If you like the nightlife in Paris, you have to call them ! They are the real travel counsellors who know Paris in and out.

A month later I contacted them about the refund and they said it was "coming soon". Two months later, still no refund. No response. Stay away.

Honestly...the two women working the desk where rude. You don't know you can't touch any brochures…read moreuntil they yell at you. The Épernay Tourist Office, which I had visited two weeks prior, had very nice associates, lots of learning materials, souvenirs, and brochures for the area. The Reims tourist office, on the other hand, had basically nothing to offer regarding champagne tourist information. I have been here on previous visits and this office was loaded with brochures, pamphlets, and maps. Very unfortunate for the businesses in the area who are not being supported by the Reims tourist office.
