I did not want to waste my time with that, so really appreciated that Nelson gave me a flat rate to do the installation. I also needed a Saturday time, and they were able to accommodate that too. The installer called me when he was about 15 minutes away and the installation was completed smoothly without any issues. I'm happy to have found a new plumbing service I trust. (Especially after Allbritten is no longer trustworthy, and screwed us a couple of times after we spent tens of thousands of dollars, over a decade of business with them. All they are now is a sales machine. AVOID them and hired Nelson instead!)

They told me that because this home builder glued everything, I would need a plumber and quietly recommended this place. I placed a call and Angel came out the next morning. If he had to fix both issues, there was a $100 discount for multiple projects. Fortunately I fixed the dishwasher issue, so they only needed to fix one which saved me over $150. The next afternoon Austin came out and fixed it. Great work! Great price! Great company and the best tag line out there. A+++

However, he took the time to listen to the problem (Leaking main). He added me to his schedule very quickly. He knew that I was very stressed out and worried about the situation. His crew came out and took care of everything. The service was professional, friendly, and affordable. The difference between Goode Plumbing and others that I called.... The others would not give me even a vague ballpark figure of how much it would cost or how quickly they can fix it without coming to my house. Goode Plumbing took the time to let me explain everything, I send a couple pictures, they provided me with a ball park idea of cost. I understood that it could change once his crew arrived due to my explanation and other things that may change the estimate. They fixed it and stayed at the quote. There was a little misunderstanding, but they were willing to take care of it, however I was able to take care of it on my own. I do not feel as intimidated by my plumbing as I did before this incident. They took the time to explain so many things to me.

They had someone available and at my door by 9am the next day. Gabriel Gonzalez was the technician and he was fast, friendly, and diagnosed my issue quickly. My unit was only 7-years old, but capacitor had gone out. Gabriel stated usually the capacitor goes out due to power surges or high amps being sent to the capacitor. Based on the age of the unit (2019 being relatively new) he suggested a servicing in the near future for a full diagnostic to determine if there's an bigger issue. Since newer units don't normally need to replace the capacitors. He also cleaned my entire AC unit and stated everything looked and sounded great.
