I don't know any details of how anything was made, but it was so perfect. I'm a chronic never finisher of coffee, but I had to slow myself down to keep from finishing it within a couple minutes. The cold foam wasn't sweetened, which worried me, but after swirling it all together, it was just the perfect latte. The syrups didn't have any of the ickyness you sometimes find (maybe they're house made? I didn't ask) and the cold foam made for the most perfect consistency. I'm no coffee purist, but if you like a yummy drink that I don't think was over the top sweet, this was an amazing order! A Lafayette local husband and wife team opened this little unassuming coffee shop in fall of 2019, right before the pandemic. Business must've been doing well, as another location was opened in nearby Broussard not long after. Sadly, both locations were kind of out of the way for me to go by to try it out and it took me a little while to get over there. My aforementioned coworker kept showing up with their cute little jet logo cup, though, so it stayed on my mind. Well guys, I've since been to the Broussard location many times and will continue to go a bit out of my way to try everything on the menu. The cold brew coffee (so far my favorite item) is smooth and delicious and the employees are very helpful and enthusiastic. Coffee that's worth being late to work for?
