Only my Alexa is now connected. My phone, iPad and Roku tv will not connect. Customer service tells me there is something wrong but when it comes to give me a solution they hang up and they do not call me back. This has been the worst service from a communication company I have ever received. I have asked them if I could upgrade my service to another type of package. The answer has been no. Customer service always drops the ball. In the past 3 months, I have been trying to get this resolved when I've had time to call or go to the store but nothing is working. 1) I was talking for a longtime with one and when it came to scheduling another technician, even though he had been calling me back before, the call was disconnected and he did not call me back. When I called back there was no answer. 2) I connected to the robot maybe 10 times in one occasion, It detected that there's a problem but when it came time to schedule a technician the call was disconnected. I am sitting here wondering why this is happening. This is disgusting. I don't even want to give one star but I can't post my complaint review without at least giving them one star.

Dropped it off next day during my lunchtime and my phone was ready after work. They were able to clean and clear the lens and reseal the phone. The owner explained that my phone was drenched in water, and the previous repair person did not use a new seal, reused the old seal. Price was decent. I would come back due to the friendly customer service by the owner and repair person did a great job.

When I received my phone back, it turned on for about one second and then stopped working completely. I went home, charged it, and tried everything I could, but it would not turn back on. This was especially stressful because I was leaving the next day to fly home by myself, and I was several hours away from home. I ultimately had to get the phone looked at and repaired somewhere else. I was told there was an issue with the phone that was causing it to immediately overheat, which explained why it would not stay on. When I returned to this shop a week later to ask for my money back, the interaction was extremely uncomfortable. I was berated, and I was told I needed to delete my original review in order to receive my money back. I ultimately deleted the review and received some of my money back. I'm sharing this because I think customers should know about my experience before choosing this shop. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complicated and things can go wrong, but I expected the situation to be handled professionally and respectfully.

Customer Service told me to download the AT&T app, but I no longer use the AT&T phone I purchased. They also claimed they emailed my bill, but I never received it. Their only solution was to mail a paper copy, which will take 7-10 days. I requested to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold for an extended period. The call was eventually disconnected, and no one called me back. Customers should be able to view their final bill through a web browser without being forced to use a mobile app or wait for a paper copy. Because of this experience, I have lost confidence in AT&T and will also be canceling my AT&T internet service. A company that makes it this difficult to access billing information does not deserve my continued business.
