We waited an hour and 10 minutes for an appointment that literally lasted less than a minute. The waiting room was packed, presumably because appointments were backed up. Other patients were also complaining about the long wait. I overheard an elderly couple sitting in front of us mention that they had a 10:15 a.m. appointment and were still waiting close to 11 a.m. What made it even more frustrating was that the doctor didn't even acknowledge the delay or apologize for keeping us waiting so long. Based on my experiences over the years, this seems to be an ongoing issue with the doctors' time management and appointment scheduling. I understand that delays can happen in a medical office, but consistently running behind schedule and making patients wait over an hour for a follow-up that lasts less than a minute, without even a simple apology, is frustrating and unacceptable to me. Apparently, though, this seems to be acceptable to them. Patients' time deserves some consideration, too. Looking at past reviews, it's clear that this culture of running late has been going on for quite some time at this establishment. It's disappointing to see no effort to improve despite the feedback, and it shows little respect for patients' time. I was actually checking out their October cosmetic procedure specials displayed in the waiting room and was interested. But after yesterday's experience, nope. They're not getting my business again.
