Our in-house maintenance team can handle most repairs, and at a cost usually significantly less than hiring a third party vendor. " but have no way of helping you because all they can do is take on your message and pass it on to the property manager that doesn't do anything. When I have asked repeatedly for a supervisor of the property manager to call me it has been over a month and no one has responded to me. I keep having to be at home for these contractors that have no idea what the last contractor did because they keep changing who is coming over to do the work.
