We did confront her that she is not representing us well and asked after we finally found a house for her to decrease her percentage and she utterly refused. We have not seen or heard from her since we bought the house. As a new couple in San Antonio, we had our faith in our Realtor and we felt violated and cheated. She was pushy and aggressive showing on our doorstep un-announced every day, day by day and when the signing occurred, she is no where to be found. Seek another Realtor, you have been warned.
